The solution to The Great Resignation??
A great podcast from the ABC posits an interesting point of view.
So many great points to connect to in this 25min or so; diversity, inclusion and hyperpersonalisation as the antidote to The Great Resignation. Yes please!

Fearing less
Brene Brown's podcast episode with Dr. Pippa Grange.
I like this because it’s a really open and honest conversation between two greats in the leadership space.
They cover everything from the secret sauce behind the stellar performances of certain organisations to how to ‘fear less’ in your personal leadership.

Spreading ideas
Social Contagion: the facsinating way ideas spread and hold
This is an interesting 45min or so podcast in which the Hidden Brain team put forward some answers to why some ideas go viral, and others stay stagnant.
And yes, there are some parralells between socially viral and, well, biological viral.

Culture and The Great Resignation
Making the most of the movement.
Now that we, as a society, are starting to take advantage of The Great Resignation (and not just be scared by it), this 25min or so is a great reminder of what we're all looking for in our workplaces: great culture.
(And also meaning, fulfillment and a decent EVP - employee value proposition)
Let's take advantage of this movement and build beautiful work-cultures for ourselves. Now's the perfect time!
And, if you're into the above, the below runs along te same theme:

Sticking to principles
Download This Show shines light on Canva's decision making.
In this week's Download This Show there's an interesting conversation about the ethical position that Canva didn't take (or half took) to their users in Russia with respect to the war in Ukraine. The rest of the conversation about that gave me a lot to think about regardig how we - or any tech company - make our decisions... or rather how we set up a framework for decision making so that when these questions come along we can make the right decision quickly (and our users aren't blindsided by it).
My working theory is this: articulating and actively using our product principles in day-to-day work gives us an anchor on which to tether complex decisions.
And in articulating them broadly and often we'll make sure those who are interested can see how we get to where we get to.
