Rearn is a psychologist and coach who partners with leaders to grow future-ready capability at the intersection of strategy and culture. She brings deep curiosity, compassion, and a belief in the power of individual and organisational growth.
COLIN PIDD (He/Him)

Colin is artful in building high performing executive teams, having worked with some of the worlds most iconic companies and leaders. He deeply understands and has researched the very core of what causes motivation that leads to effective leadership and collaboration.
DR KAT PAGE (She/Her)

Kat is an organisational psychologist and Adjunct Professor who works with leaders to build cultures where people and performance thrive together. She combines evidence and empathy to help leaders navigate complexity, strengthen trust, and bring greater clarity and care to how they lead.

Agi works with organisations to turn strategy into meaningful action for people, customers, and communities. A natural simplifier, she brings deep experience in growth strategy and visual communication across diverse sectors.
KAREN HAMILTON (She/Her)

Karen is an executive coach and leadership practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience helping leaders and teams navigate complexity, transitions and growth. She brings a warm, grounded and pragmatic style, combining commercial acumen, behavioural insight and compassion to create the clarity, confidence and momentum needed for meaningful impact.

Kenneth is a global facilitator, work designer and executive coach with more than four decades of experience partnering with leaders and top teams on complex transformation around the world. He is known for helping leaders connect to their passion, strengthen how they work together, and translate insight into meaningful action in the face of uncertainty.

Greg is a strategist, marketer, and creator with 25 years’ experience leading transformation. He helps organisations navigate digitisation with the belief that everyone can be the disruptor, not the disrupted.
