Our client, a globally successful organisation of 20,000+ people, known for continuous reinvention and rapid learning. Together, we co-designed a purpose-driven leadership and innovation program, integrating individual diagnostics to surface leaders strengths and growth areas. Delivered across global cohorts, instilling a culture that strengthens adaptability, growth, and opportunity-seizing in a rapidly changing competitive industry.
HEALTHCARE
Aligning leadership and igniting a movement around a new future
Our client is a long-established healthcare social enterprise deeply rooted in values and patient centricity, facing sector-wide challenges. Our collaborative work focused on aligning the board and leadership with a collective view of the future and their unique role in it. Igniting a movement towards this future among the workforce.
SPORT
Building a sector-wide leadership pipeline
Our sector-wide program builds leadership capability and a strong succession pipeline within a premier national sporting league engaging two million members, a diverse workforce, and millions of fans. Co-designed with the league, the program is dedicated to developing leaders beyond the field, cultivating future CEOs grounded in diversity, inclusion, storytelling for strategy, and knowing when to compete or collaborate—crucial in the competitive nature of sport.
PROPERTY
Supporting board and leadership capability for strategy development and global growth
As a partner, we supported leadership and board capability for strategy development in a technology-oriented company that is transforming property services. The company is expanding globally and investing in innovation. Our role was to support immersion in the external environment, enable collective development with the board and leadership team, and facilitate vital issue discussion and resolution.
UTILITIES
Navigating and accelerating success through significant mergers and acquisitions.
We accompanied our client, a large telecommunications organisation, through a complex merger process. Moving from individual entities to a shared identity, requiring integration of divergent histories into a cohesive future story. Together, we navigated complexities, united cultures, and accelerated success. Aligning the executive team and developing the capability of all senior leaders to embody the new story and culture.
EDUCATION
Development program supporting innovation and future creating capability
Our client, an ambitious, equity-focused university, partnered with us to shape a future story, strategy, and stakeholder proposition. Simultaneously, we delivered a development program for its 2,000-strong workforce, embedding human-centred design and innovation capability. This parallel work of the senior leadership team and the program collectively is driving the university towards a more innovative and adaptive future.

Our client, a medium-sized, Australian owned organisation, are focused on innovation through emerging technology. They continue to successfully enter new significant markets. Partnering to develop capability in aligning the executive team with strategy and execution and to channel efforts effectively across the entire organisation, our approach includes learning leadership from unconventional sources and adapting leadership styles to the current dynamic context.

Our client is a global industry leader with a portfolio of consumer brands, operating across 70 countries with 2,500 employees and extensive partners. Facing rapid growth and shifting market access, we co-designed leadership programs for their top 80 leaders, building shared capability, connection, and strategic leadership across Australia and North America. Designed to address future arenas of opportunity and support strategy as a core part of leadership work.
MINING
Bespoke design of an organisation wide leadership system
In partnership with a global mining company, we designed and embedded an integrated leadership system for all levels. We deliver multi-month programs combining face-to-face learning, coaching, assessment, and in-field practice. Supported by leaders, the system builds trust, enables effective teams, and underpins a multi-year global commitment to developing a strong internal leadership pipeline.
TRAVEL & TOURISM
Accelerating the pace and value of connected leadership
Our client, one of Australia’s busiest 24/7 transport hubs with a 20,000-strong workforce, partnered with us to accelerate senior leadership development. Our work built alignment, connection, and adaptive thinking to lead through complexity. By fostering rigorous dialogue and collective ambition, we strengthened leadership impact while laying foundations for sustained future success.
